Brad is a broadly experienced financial and operational leader specializing in revenue growth and strategy. He has a deep history in recurring revenue markets having led the introduction of several new national products distributed by cable and satellite. He provides consulting services in various areas of finance and accounting including preparation of financial statements, operational, cost and project accounting along with marketing, sales, and fulfillment strategy. Most recently, Brad has been involved in raising capital for mid-sized companies looking to expand or acquire competitors or market share.
Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit, Brad can help crystallize the vision of an enterprise into a successful business by ensuring operational and financial controls are in place. He has over-seen the conversion of an ERP system including system integration and training with minimal disruption.

In addition to her MBA degree in Hospitality & Tourism from the University of Guelph, Sherry has an extensive 20-year background in the hospitality industry as a marketing leader and strategic thinker.
Since 1998, Sherry was with Coast Hotels and Resorts, most recently as Director of Marketing where she was responsible for branding, brand awareness and strategic marketing for the chain’s 29 hotels in western Canada. Sherry’s range of expertise also extends to creating and working with a sustainable brand vision, strategic planning, marketing communications and integrated marketing, as well as internal communications, sponsorships, marketing partnerships and sustainability initiatives.
Sherry is a strong believer in giving back to the community. She currently sits on two post-secondary advisory boards (both in marketing and hospitality) at Douglas College in New Westminster.
She is also an avid outdoor enthusiast whose interests include running, yoga, hiking, snowshoeing and photography.
Working extensively with Aboriginal communities in western Canada, Scott is primarily focused on business performance and strategy development among First Nations entities, accommodation providers and community developers.
Scott has been working with the Gwa’sala-‘Nakwaxda’xw Nations on northern Vancouver Island in developing business and tourism initiatives associated with recent hotel acquisitions. Providing strategic direction and business performance objectives for the project, in addition to building capacity and employment in the community are the focal points of his role.
Scott is a client focused, results orientated leader with extensive senior management experience in domestic and international business that includes over 25 years with major airlines, hotels and travel distribution companies. A current resident of Vancouver, Scott has lived in a number of cities in Canada and maintains a strong tourism and hospitality industry affiliation with a focus in the ability to instill a common vision of development and growth in multiple distribution channels.
Martin Livingston is an accomplished public relations professional adept at cutting through complex issues, clarifying corporate messages and crafting compelling stories. He is a member of the Riata Partners team providing strategic communications services to the firm’s clients.
Martin provided public relations counsel to Coast Hotels & Resorts for six years overseeing media publicity and managing sensitive issues on behalf of the chain’s 29 hotels in western Canada. With more than 25 years of experience in strategic communications planning and issues management, he has developed and implemented corporate communications programs for a diverse range of clients including HSBC Investment Management Inc., Ethical Funds Inc., Westminster Savings Credit Union, Western Forest Products Ltd., and the BC Wildlife Federation, among others.
Prior to starting his consulting practice, Martin served as Vice President, Marketing and Communications for Vancouver Foundation responsible for all integrated marketing communications for Canada’s largest community foundation, which annually grants $46 million to registered charities across Canada and manages approximately $870 million in assets. He also worked as Director of Investor Relations for a TSX/Nasdaq listed biotechnology company and served for five years as Vice President of NATIONAL Public Relations’ Vancouver office.
Martin was formerly an award-winning journalist. His articles have appeared in the Financial Post, Financial Post Magazine, The Financial Times of Canada, Canadian Business, Marketing and many other business and special interest publications.
He is a firm believer in supporting the not-for-profit sector and oversees marketing and communications for PMV.org, a professional management organization that connects charitable organizations with skilled volunteer project managers.
In his leisure hours, Martin builds stained-glass windows, fly fishes well and golfs badly.
